I loved that I could easily stroll to iconic places like Barclays Center, less than a 10-minute walk away, and enjoy delicious dining options like Wingstop and Bacchus, all just a few steps from my room, making my weekend adventure even more enjoyable; the staff was friendly and the room had a comfortable bed and nice shower, but it would be great if the lobby area received a bit more attention regarding cleanliness.

Loved the spot right in the heart of Brooklyn! Super close to the Barclay Center and the Brooklyn Bridge. The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. Only thing was the wait for the elevators could be a bit frustrating sometimes, and the room looked a bit outdated, like the photos were from a different place.

Charged for two queen beds but received double beds instead. The room was not clean—dirty sheets, dusty floors, and an unsealed shower that flooded. Attempted to get help with a faulty coffee machine, but it took over two hours for unhelpful staff to show up. Two lights in the room were out; maintenance was lacking overall. Requested a room change but faced miscommunication. They were friendly but ineffective. Promised a $150 refund at checkout, yet they never returned it. It's disappointing; this place needs better management and attention to detail.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Holiday Inn. The room temperature was perfect - not too hot or too cold, just right for a cozy night's rest. We also enjoyed having a microwave oven in the room, which came in handy for reheating our food. I did notice a few things that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were some hairs on the bathroom floor and the carpets looked a bit dirty. We also requested room service to have our towels replaced, but after multiple calls to the front desk, we ended up having to get them ourselves from a storage closet next to the elevator. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of safety measures at the hotel. Anyone could access the elevators and go up to any floor without being stopped or asked for a key. This made me feel a bit uneasy, especially considering the busy area the hotel is located in. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was also convenient for events at The Barclays Center. while there were some areas that could use improvement, the Holiday Inn did have its good points as well. I hope my feedback helps others considering a stay at this hotel.

The beds were super comfy and clean, providing a restful sleep. The room was generally clean, but my carpet was filthy and left my socks dirty. Temperature control worked well. I appreciated the proximity to shops and dining, making it convenient. the noise from the adjacent room was disruptive. The shower pressure was far too strong. While I didn’t try dining services, the market area for snacks was convenient. The staff was nice and helpful, although there were issues with room assignments and breakfast misunderstandings. Two elevators were inadequate for the hotel size, causing delays.

Location is convenient, close to several subway lines. the room was small for three adults with luggage. Had to request towels multiple times; service was quick but frustrating. The refrigerator didn't work, leading to spoiled food. Noise levels were acceptable, but the lack of heat made it uncomfortable. Dining in was complicated; delivery issues added to the inconvenience. Respect is critical, and the front desk could benefit from better training. While there were redeeming qualities, significant improvements are necessary.

Celebrated in the whole world for its big-city buzz, Brooklyn offers a unique brand of entertainment that feels worlds away from the rest of the City. We had a fantastic time exploring the Brooklyn Children's Museum and Prospect Park Zoo with our kids, making unforgettable memories.
My wife says that families with children could benefit from clearer instructions on kid-friendly activities nearby.

I loved the convenience of being close to multiple subway lines during my business trip.
The attached restaurant's limited breakfast options were disappointing, and the staff's attitude towards special requests left much to be desired. the issue with room bookings and the noisy neighbors impacted the overall experience negatively.

the hotel was super clean, and the location was amazing with lots of trains nearby. i found it close to shopping - dining, and even the Barclays Center. the staff was very helpful, and the valet parking was a big plus.

Brooklyn had wild vibes, so fresh. We hit up Prospect Park Zoo and got our adventure mode on with the coolest guided tour. The fun was insane, like next level exciting! Such a blast with the crew!
Yo, we needed a sick rooftop bar at the spot for us young peeps to chill and party hard! Would've taken the vibe to ultimate levels!

My stay at the hotel on the same street as the Hilton was a blast! As a party people guest, I had a fantastic time enjoying the bar/lounge area with the amazing Alan serving up drinks and creating a lively atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to multiple subway stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The 24-hour reception and security provided peace of mind, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was a great bonus. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV.
The delayed check-in due to system issues, which caused some frustration after a long journey.
